Payroll Services

Base Payroll Processing Fee

Rates are calculated as base fee plus a per employee per pay period monthly.

Common questions

Why is pricing shown as a range?
The final rate depends on your account count, monthly transaction volume, and how far behind the books are when we start. The consult settles on one number before any work begins.
What if my books are behind?
That is common and it is fixable. Catch-up work is quoted separately from the monthly rate so you can see exactly what the cleanup costs.
Do you replace my CPA?
No. We keep the books clean all year and hand your CPA or tax preparer a finished year-end packet, which usually makes their work faster and cheaper.
Can I move between packages?
Yes. As transaction volume grows, the package grows with it. Nothing is locked in.
